By providing artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the material or have obtained all necessary permissions. You are fully responsible for ensuring the artwork complies with all copyright laws. I am not liable for any copyright issues arising from the materials you submit.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.
Out-of-Stock / Backorder Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available.
Return & Replacement Policy
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or preference.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship please contact us within 2 of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
Refunds are not offered on any items, including those that are damaged in transit; replacements are the sole remedy once damage or workmanship defiency photos are provided.
The Customer acknowledges that proper application of DTF transfers is their responsibility. Cool 2 is not liable for any failures, damage, or defects resulting from improper application, handling, or use of the transfers. Please make sure to follow proper instructions when applying DTF transfers. Cool 2 will not be held responsible for any issues that occur due to incorrect application.
